The 5 Admins, Lisolette, Liscarea, razormN, downdraft, and Nogiku had decided to hold a guild meeting. This will probably be a regular routine every one or two weeks. What we'll do is just clean up the guild a bit, discuss about issues that arise in the guild and such.
For the meeting today, we have done a few changes. To keep you guys informed, here is the list of issues we addressed:
Order of Business Completed:
1) Cleaned Members List
2) Removed inactive and ex-members from Forums
3) Talked about breaking rules. Members will be given chances. If a big offense such as scamming occurs, then they get kicked immediately. If it is a small offense such as begging or spamming, they will get one warning and then kicked.
4) Added Guild Admins and it's section. Post things related to current members or things that want to be discussed about the guild here.
5) 1 Alt only. Nogiku and downdraft will be in charge of this.
6) Complaints go to Admins. Complaints about Admins will go to Liscarea.
