As the guild is growing bigger, we will need some new rules to be put in place. Everyone must comply to these rules and follow it. The reputation of the guild is important and controlling members, now that we have a larger size, will prove difficult. It is your responsibility, as a member, to know these rules and to follow them.
Guild Rules:
1) Please respect each and every one of the members as you wished to be treated. You also have to remember just because you think something is funny or appropriate to say, it might not be the same for other people. You should be able to use your common sense when talking to people and know that it does not offend or hurt people's feelings. We want the guild to be fun and closely knit so this rule is very important. Of course, this applies to everyone else outside of the guild as well. If someone is harassing you or trolling you, just don't feed into it as that is what they wish to do: get a reaction from you. Everyone should know what or what not to say so we'll allow some room for personal judgement.
2) No flooding or spamming. The guild chat should be fun and interesting. Don't spam the guild chat with B> or HELP! There should be no begging in the guild. Asking once is enough. If you don't get a reply, you may ask once more and then choose a person's name and whisper them. The guild chat or channel will often be active so it's very hard for every single person to see what you are saying. Don't take it too much to heart that someone is ignoring you or not talking to you. Sometimes we all are just too busy or can't read what everyone says.
3) Socialize! This isn't a specific guild rule you must absolutely follow, but it would help the entire guild to be more close knit if people who normally don't talk actually try to once in a while. You're in a guild! Talk as much as you can. You may also choose to join us on vent. The info is posted in our member area section (for current members). Having a mic is not mandatory so feel free to drop in whenever you want! (Also try to use your associated IGN on vent because it gets confusing with unfamiliar names).
4) Don't do anything that will give the guild a bad name. How you carry and present yourself is very important. Reminiscence is a community guild and we try to maintain our guild as a nice and friendly guild. Don't afk in stages or leech off other people. This carries a negative image on both you and the guild. In other words, use your common sense. Don't do anything stupid that will give the guild a bad name. This is a high offense! Once you break this rule you'll get the immediate boot.
5) Be active. Reminiscence is looking for active members! If you're going to stop playing to take a break or going away for a while, notify us or else you'll lose your position in the guild. We do biweekly/monthly clean ups of the guild so if you don't want to get kicked, tell us before hand in the forums.
6) Hacking and/or Botting will not be tolerated. Please play the game how it's meant to be played. Please notify an admin privately if you notice another member hacking or botting.
Kicked from the guild?:
It is important to note that if anyone breaks the rules, they will be judged accordingly to what the offense was. If it's a small offense such as spamming or begging, the person will be given one more chance to redeem themselves. If it happens again, then they will not get another chance and be removed from the guild.
If a big offense occurs, such as scamming or starting flame wars with other guilds, then the person will be kicked immediately without given a second chance.
If you would like a reason as to why you have been kicked in the guild, PM one of the admins for more information. Of course, a simple reason could be due to inactivity of the character and you may simply reapply on the forums.
** If you want to report a member, please provide a screenshot and PM Liscaria and/or Lisolette of what the person did.
*** If it was an Admin who has done something wrong, please just contact Liscaria.

2) Language language language! Although it's not in-game, try to keep forums clean. Other people can read what you're saying so present yourself well.
3) No vulgar/dirty/offensive images. If you're going to use avatars or signatures, keep it clean as well. You should be able to tell what pictures are and are not inappropriate.
4) Replies. Try to keep replies long. Don't reply with Lol or some short lettered words just to get a post count.
5) Check to see if threads were made first. If you want to post or start a thread on something, make sure it hasn't been made already. There's a search button in case you're not sure.
