Well, finally managed to record one that was under 2 mins (barely) after going and lowering the recording quality of the in game recorder so that it wouldn't drop my frame rates as much when fighting. Here's a 1:58 run of it from end of starting cutscene to his death. Fastest I've managed not recording is 1:50.
